Philosophy

Four menus, one kitchen

Diana runs separate set menus for the two-day and three-day itineraries, each written in an Asian and a European version, plus a full vegetarian menu and an Indian menu. Dietary requirements are handled at booking, not improvised at the table.

Lunch is a buffet on the 4th floor as the ship crosses into Lan Ha Bay. Dinner is a served signature menu at 19:30. Brunch on the final morning runs from 09:20 to 10:20.

Menu structure is taken from the Diana Cruises sales kit. Individual dishes change with the season.
